Plasmodium falciparum?

Even though the infected red cells do not appear to be enlarged, the parasites in this field are quite distinctive.  If necessary have a look at the images in the Diagnosis section then try again.

Plasmodium vivax?

Sorry!  Try again.

The parasites in this field are quite distinctive.  Take another look and note especially the size of the infected red cells in relation to the other red cells.

The parasites in this field are quite distinctive.  Take another look and note especially the size of the infected red cells in relation to the other red cells.

Plasmodium malariae?

Correct!  Very well done.

Did you note that the two infected red cells in this field were not enlarged?  The parasite to the bottom left is exhibiting a typical developing band form whereas the parasite to the top right of the picture shows a typical developing ring form, with the chromatin dot appearing to be on the inside of the ring.
