Plasmodium vivax?

Correct! Well done.
Did you note that the infected red cell is enlarged and is not comet shaped. Even though there are two distinct chromatin dots, this is a typical developing form of P. vivax exhibiting some very nice Shuffner's dots.

Plasmodium ovale?

Sorry! Have another try.
The infected red cell is certainly enlarged with Shuffner's dots present and without a history of recent travel and only one parasite on display, the possibility of a P. ovale infection would have to be considered.
Take another look and see if the infected red cell exhibits the typical comet shape that might be expected if this was from a case of P. ovale infection.
