A fairly typical developing form of P. vivax.

Did you notice the Shuffner's dots in the infected red cell?

Sorry!  Have another look.

You correctly noticed that the infected red cell is enlarged.

Have another look; the history may help and look particularly for the presence or otherwise of comet shaped red cells.

Note particularly the size of the infected red cell and the shape and the size of the parasite.
