You correctly noted that the infected red cells are not enlarged.
Note the classical formation of the schizont in the top left of the
field and the developing band form in the bottom right of the field.

Correct!

Did you see the typical "daisy-head" schizont of P.malariae in
the top left hand of the field and the developing band form in the
bottom right of the field.  Neither of the infected red cells are enlarged.
