Cancellation Policy

The $50 deposit will be refunded if the following criteria are met:

1	Schools must arrive no more than 15 minutes late on their scheduled day. Extremes in weather will be taken into account.
2	Changes to the schedule (i.e. late start or early finish) must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance with the Coordinator.
3	No damage is incurred to the hospital property.
4	Cancellation must be made with at least 72 hours notice to the Coordinator.
5	You arrive with the agreed upon number of students (maximum 30 and no less than 20)

We reserve the right to cancel the program if you have less than 20 students.
