<LI> Haematologic malignancies such as Hodgkins disease, lymphoma, acute and chronic leukemia, myeloma; <LI> Disorders of haemostasis and thrombosis such as Haemophilia, DVT and PE.</LI> </UL> <p class="main"> The department has a dedicated Thrombosis and Haemostasis Service (including the state adult haemophilia service) and Bone Marrow Transplant Service (including the state adult allografting service). <br><br> Plasmapheresis services are provided for haematologic and non haematologic indications. <br><br> The department provides a 24-hour service for urgent assessment of acutely sick patients as well as outpatient clinics on most weekdays. <br><br> Further inquiries should be directed to: <br><br> General Haematology, Haematologic Malignancy and Bone Marrow Transplant on 9224 2405 Haemostasis and Thrombosis on 9224 2897. </p> <!-- End main page content --> <!-- DO NOT ALTER BELOW THIS POINT! --> <br> </td></tr></table> <div class="disclaimer" align="center"> <hr size="1" color="#BD2911" width="40%"> <br> &copy;
